Please note that for security reasons, certain safety equipment like riding hats and body protectors must be returned in unopened packaging to ensure structural integrity.

Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and safety certificates are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Safety Centre
Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value safety equipment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's safety condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
