Collected from Hives around Clapham on the South Downs, an organisation dedicated to the preservation of Bees and Bee Keeping.
Available in runny or set jars, also Fruit Jams made with Honey as the natural sweetener.
This is a mild soft set honey that is produced at our site in the Clapham Woods in Sussex.
Clapham woods Apiary is set on the egde of a large deciduous wood with farmland to the south of it facing the english channel. The farm is a mixed farm producing beef and lamb, oil seed rape and other cerials in a traditional rotation system.
