Using Honey as the natural sweetener, Collected from Hives around Clapham on the South Downs, an organisation dedicated to the preservation of Bees and Bee Keeping.
These jams combine Fruit and Honey to create a taste sensation.
Clapham woods Apiary is set on the egde of a large deciduous wood with farmland to the south of it facing the english channel. The farm is a mixed farm producing beef and lamb, oil seed rape and other cerials in a traditional rotation system.
