How do I know if a riding helmet or body protector fits correctly?
Safety equipment must be snug but comfortable. For helmets, there should be no movement when you shake your head; for body protectors, they should cover your ribcage without hitting the saddle. We provide detailed sizing guides on each product page to help you measure accurately at home.
What safety standards do your products meet?
Every item in our inventory is rigorously tested and certified. Our helmets meet PAS 015:2011 or VG1 standards, and our body protectors comply with BETA Level 3 requirements to ensure maximum protection for riders of all disciplines.
What is your return policy for safety equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. However, for safety reasons, riding helmets and body protectors can only be returned if the security tags are intact and there is no evidence of use, as we cannot resell safety gear that may have been compromised.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer an 'Express Safety' trackable service which delivers within 1-2 business days for those needing gear urgently before a competition.

Yes. While we sell online, our team includes BETA-trained specialists. You can contact our customer service via email or phone for a virtual consultation to discuss specific brand shapes and how they suit different body types.
